ZillowVERIFIED WOW - where to begin on how fantastic it was working with Beth helping us find our new home in Asheville. We were kind of all over the board where we wanted to live, the type of home we wanted, to remodel or not to remodel. After a couple weekends together she understood what we were after and our style of home we envisioned. We lived out of state so we were unable to see homes that came on the market but Beth was on top of it providing site visits of homes we had interest in, showing us that immediate feedback with photos, videos and over the phone conversations. She furnished that cursory review letting us know whether a home was worth pursuing. Homes were flying of the shelves and Beth had established a connection with a new builder and we were able to get our offer in before others. Through the whole under contract time frame, she helped provide measurements for us, photos, meeting with the builders, etc. We could not have asked for a better agent and friend in the end to help us find our new home in Asheville.
