As I was moving from another state, our initial interactions were via phone or text, rather than face-to-face. She immediately set me up with alerts for properties that were within the parameters, i.e. location, sales price, condition- that we'd established. In my home search, I made two trips to the area. During the first visit, Beth immediately impressed me with her: communication skills, knowledge of the market, follow-up, and professional appearance. Beth took us under her wing and walked us through every step of the way with all of the patience of Job. We became acquainted with Beth the day we rushed to see a house which had just come on the market. We saw her leave with a client but we obtained the number from her company car and called. She met us in less than 15 minutes. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and humor are beyond compare. She openly discussed with us the good and bad features of the house. She met us for multiple walk-throughs of the house at a moments notice during the 2 months that we did our due diligence and debated on the purchase. When we became hesitant to go forward with the closing after seeing some issues of concern, she was supportive and not pushy. On closing day, she was like one of the family and shared in our anticipation and excitement. We feel that we not only found the best real estate agent, but we also found a good friend.
