Review I live in California. My Property (approximately 4 1/2 acres) to be sold was in New Jersey. Enter modern technology internet searching to find a listing agent. There were a sea of real estate agents of whom I knew none but had to choose one. I read dozens of profiles and reached out to various agents. We talked, we texted, we emailed, but no one was "The one" until Beth quickly and professionally responded to my inquiry. Immediately I was drawn to her effervescent personality, her energy, professionalism, wit, humor and down-home vibe. We entered into contract and she put together a fabulous property listing complete with great narrative, expert photos and gorgeous drone footage. I felt that my humble undeveloped land listing was just as important to her as the more lucrative residential listings. Beth gave me weekly updates on my listing and was very communicative by phone, text, and email. The property sold rather quickly and even during the escrow process she remained vigilant and proactive in advising me through various situations. Beth remained tireless to the end and my only regret is that my time spent with her was so brief because she truly brightened my day when we interacted. Would I use Beth Van Syckle again for real estate services? Absolutely!!!
