ZillowVERIFIED Beth Throckmorton has been my agent for two home sales and one home purchase, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in central Ohio. Beth knows the Columbus area, and gives straightforward advice about what to expect (as well as what to ask for) throughout the buying/selling process. She answers questions promptly and honestly, and works hard to ensure her clients get the best deal possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth is a real charm. We were looking for a great Realtor to help us with our house hunting! But we ended up meeting with an exceptional, extraordinary and passionate Realtor. She not only helped us find the home of our dreams but she also made it possible. She connected us with a fabulous and effective Lender that also helped us throughout the process. I strongly recommend having a Realtor that understands your needs, that is willing to go the extra mile and that would give 110%. If you haven't found a Realtor with such characteristics, do not hesitate to reach out to Beth Throckmorton! She will get you where you want to be! Thank you so much Beth! ZillowVERIFIED Beth has helped us with buying and selling 4 houses. Every single one sold within a week, one in under 24 hours. Her knowledge and expertise got us top dollar for our houses and she made the whole process painless (well as painless as selling a house can be. :)) She is professional yet it feels like working with your best friend. She won't tell you only what you want to hear but what will really help you sell. She is so upfront and honest it is very easy to trust that she has your best interest in mind. I would never work with anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth was the ultimate professional. I was so impressed with her market analysis of my home that I did not even bother to interview other realtors. I signed with her on the spot. She conducted a very accurate market analysis of my home and came up with a selling price that I was very satisfied with and it allowed my home to be sold in two weeks. The thing that impressed me the most was the prep work she requested that I complete before listing my home - decluttering and sprucing up the place. I took her advice, she had great photos taken, and the home showed well and sold quickly. I seriously would not hesitate to recommend Beth Throckmorton to anyone wanting to sell their home. She gets the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth did an incredible job under very difficult circumstances. We were relocating across the country and had limited time and availability to search for our home in person. Beth spent endless hours across two weekends to ensure my wife and I found the perfect home for our family. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and options in Dublin, Ohio. She utilized many different online sources, including MLS data sheets through an app and email to provide details. She took the time to verbally ensure we knew all the facts prior to the in-person viewings. Once we locked in on a handful good options, she communicated very well with the listing agents and negotiated flawlessly on our behalf. She continued the pursuit of the perfect deal though inspection and further negotiation. Ohio has some unfamiliar intricacies to us and she helped us navigate and provided great clarity. Through closing, she provided direction and timely suggestions on all additional services needed - inspectors, radon remediation, contractors, title agents and cleaning companies. It was a 5+ star experience and I will trust Beth to list our home and help us buy another if ever needed. She has the right combination of knowledge, experience, aggression, negotiation skills and patience for perfection. Don't hesitate to count on her.
