Having both sides communicate clearly took an enormous amount of stress off our plate during what could have been a chaotic transition. They were always responsive and clear via text aEUR" we never felt out of the loop despite being hundreds of miles away. When we flew in for our house-hunting trip, they made every day count, ensuring we saw the right homes and had everything we needed to make a confident decision. But what really set them apart was their deep local knowledge. They walked us through Fort Worth-specific considerations we wouldn't have known to ask about: hail damage history, foundation movement in our area, and other regional details that are genuinely important for long-term homeownership here. That kind of insight is priceless when you're buying in an unfamiliar market. They were also incredibly patient with our 5 year old throughout the house hunting adventure, and kept her needs in mind throughout the process. They even presented her with a small gift that she now adores. When we went to close on our home, the title company even raved, multiple times, about how wonderful Roger and Beth were to work with, and to please not hesitate to utilize Roger and Beth's services in the future. So even when we weren't directly involved, they were doing a truly stellar job. We feel so lucky to have had such knowledgeable, communicative advocates in our corner. We are happily settled into our Fort Worth home and it's largely thanks to them. Highly, highly recommend!

Her weekly "Mansfield Real Estate Market Update" segment is not only enlightening, but also helps showcase Beth's intelligence, deep industry knowledge, and upbeat but honest personality. I already liked her and trusted her before I even met her in person. Beth was amazing. I felt supported and informed from day one. Her responsiveness and reliability were reassuring throughout the process. I cannot imagine anything that could have been improved as far as how Beth managed our sale. Her communication skills and attention to detail throughout were so impressive. She provided us with a few months of gentle follow-up as we moved from thinking about starting the process to preparing the house to list. She was amazingly responsive and supportive during the intense last moments of preparation for sale. She kept us informed throughout the showing process, and was so helpful when we needed to resolve little unexpected things that went wrong with the house near the end. 32 days total from listing to closing. Absolutely amazing. We feel so blessed to have had her as our guide through this process.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth and Roger are a great team. We were house hunting from Oregon and working through our USAA Real Estate buying program. Beth and Roger were recommended by USAA, and for good reason. We worked with Beth online from Oregon to narrow the search. Then I flew to Texas to try to find our next house. Beth made herself available the whole time I was in town and showed me lots of good properties. Then, with literally just hours left in my stay, helped me make an offer on an excellent house for us. My wife, who had to stay back in Oregon, was very happy with the choice as Beth helped with the ladies point of view. We utilized the latest video techniques to help my wife get a good look. In the end Beth helped me craft a fair offer, that was a accepted over a competing one, without breaking the bank. Once we had the accepted offer, Beth and Roger stayed on top of every detail and we closed the deal on time. But the story does not end there. Even after the sale was done, we were at the door with a truckload of stuff ready to move in, only to find that the previous owners left very quickly and did not clean the house. We contacted Beth and Roger, and while on their vacation, they helped arrange for cleaning help to come immediately so we could get moved in. Really, above and beyond service. I know all real estate transactions don't go perfectly, but Beth and Roger managed our transaction here in Texas as well as I think it can be done. We are very grateful for their help.
