Beth first met with me and explained her process as well as her team expertise and was confident that she could sell my home for a realistic price. We were both very upfront and honest about wants and expectations as I advised that this was the first time I had ever had to sell a home. I explained that I was a recent widow and that the process of selling my husband in my home was a very difficult and emotional experience for me. She assured me that she, her team would be with me every step of the way, and that no matter what happened with the market and your feedback we would get through the process together. Whenever I had any questions either she or a member of our team would respond very quickly. She contacted me regularly about the feedback and all offers and provided the pros and cons of each. She was true to her word and was even with me at closing. She not only offered her business acumen, but offered emotional support as well.
