Saturday and Sunday were our open houses. By the end of Monday, we got an offer! Beth helped with the negotiation as I am sure other agents would but throughout the rocky process, Beth stood strong on the one thing we requested in our counter-offer and handled this with cool head. In a crazy market like this, having an professional with years of experience is essential and we could not be happier we found each other. When I found out he was a realtor I mentioned that I wanted to sell my house and get a new residence. He took my name and phone number and said he would pass it on to Beth. She got in touch with me that same day. She met me at my home the following Saturday and we discussed my situation. We started our search on Monday and the rest is history. I found a place on line in Randolph, she contacted their broker, we went to look at the site and sent me the plans and I knew right away this was what I wanted.
