Were glad that we chose Beth Sager from among the realtors we interviewed before selling our Lexington home. Beth helped make the process smooth by recommending a contractor that did all the touch-ups, including floor sanding, quickly and cost-effectively. Beth didnt recommend extensive updating of paint colors and appliances, saving us time and the risk that we wouldnt receive a return on that investment. Instead her stagers, which she paid for, did an outstanding job of decorating with furnishings that made the colors we chose 20 years ago look great. We received multiple offers and a good price for our home.

Beth is just about the best Realtor Ive ever met. She helped us in so many ways that were unexpected and definitely appreciated. She took care (real care) in patiently helping every one in my family with their part in getting a new place, renovating the old place tastefully and properly, then selling the old place.
