We coincidentally met Beth when she offered to show a home for another our-of-state realtor and we were representative-less. It was truly a karmic match made in heaven. Beth is attentive, patient, and so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to buying a home. With our recent purchase our first home buying experience she constantly reminded us that she was with us 100%, no matter how long it would take. Whether is was a panicked text over the weekend or a what do we do next phone call, she was there to guide us and make sure we got the most for our money. She knows exactly when to push in negotiations and when to hold back and because of this was able to find and close on our dream home in the neighborhood that we wanted AND at the price that we were comfortable at; something we thought would be impossible at the height of the market this summer. I honestly do not think that we would have been able to end up in the home that we did without her. She is top notch and above all else, a wonderful human inside and out.

ZillowVERIFIED We both sold and bought a home (new build) with Beth. Our home was on the market for only one day before we had (3) offers to decide from - Beths photography of the home was a critical piece in getting the home sold so quickly! Regarding the purchase of our new home - Beth was very patient with us in the buying process as we went from looking at existing homes and turning everything down to making the decision to build - which is scary! With this being our first time building, we of course had a lot of questions which Beth helped facilitate getting answered and pushing the build to the finish line quickly. We were in our brand new home before Christmas - and we were able to put up our giant Christmas tree thanks to Beth and the Keller Williams team!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth helped me find and buy my home. I wasnt sure quite what i could afford, or how to approach the process. I hate paperwork, and commitment. Beth helped me narrow things down, and was extremely patient. She took her time with each home, and made sure I understood what I was looking at. There was never any pressure to buy. Beth was happy to work around my schedule, including evening and weekend showings. She occasionally even went to a house on my behalf, and I trusted her judgement as to whether it was worth my time to pursue. In the end, we found a wonderful spot. We both knew it upon walking in the door. Beth provided countless resources for the inspection and closing, and she made everything smooth and painless. In short, shes great.

She is quick to respond to questions you may have about the house or anything. We originally went through a different realtor and were not at all happy, so we switched to Keller Williams and got Beth and couldnt of been happier! She showed us 3-4 houses a week that we wanted to see. She listened to our wishes of what we wanted in our house and found us houses that met all of our requirements! I highly recommend Beth to anybody looking to buy a house!
