ZillowVERIFIEDBeth was so great and incredibly patient throughout our entire home buying process! We were out of state, short on time, and scattered to say the least. She took the time to listen and pick up on subtle clues in the early stages of the process which then helped optimize our time searching! We found our house in the 3 day window we had and were able to close on time, even in a global pandemic! Highly, highly recommend Beth and her team in your next house search (or sell :))!

ZillowVERIFIED We were new to the Knoxville, TN area moving from Oregon and Beth helped to make our transition and home purchase an amazing experience. Extremely knowledgeable of the area and willing to go above and beyond, and even completely out of her way to show us the homes that we wanted to see - along with driving over an hour to go back and view the home we ended up purchasing a second time prior to putting in an offer. She was always quick to respond to questions and provide the necessary information. I would highly recommend Beth if youre looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth is an amazing person and realtor! She reached out to me through a fb page I was asking questions on and offered to help me before we even moved to Knoxville. I knew we were going to rent for a year to get better acquainted with the area and she happily answered all my questions knowing we couldn't work with her yet. When the time came for us to start looking for a home to buy Beth was the first person who came to mind. She showed us house after house, unwilling to give up until we found our perfect home! Once we were under contract she made sure we were protected and asked all the tough questions we had while giving us her honest opinions about everything we encountered. She gave us great recommendations for people to work with in the area and walked us through each and every step of our home buying experience. We are so happy to call Beth our realtor and our friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth is great at what she does! I saw a house with a friend of hers so I wouldn't miss out if I didn't get to see it when I was available. He was super nice but Beth it truthful and will give honest opinions about anything you ask. I didn't look at another house with out her and love the one I have. I'm so grateful for her help threw the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth helped us buy our first home and we couldn?t have been happier with her. She was beyond patient with us , extremely knowledgeable and knew how to navigate a process that we were very naive to. She treated us like we were her only client and always made sure she was available to us. I would recommend her to anyone and will also use her again when we decide to sell our first home. Beth is reliable, professional and hardworking. She will go the extra mile to make sure she gets her clients what they want.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth is an amazing confident, gifted, experienced realtor. Her connections with others in the industry, including bankers, inspectors, and other vendors involved in the housing industry were instrumental in the closing process going very smoothly. Both she and the local mortgage company that she recommended worked with my husband and I until 9:30 on a Sunday night to complete our pre-approval paperwork and submit our bid. Ive shared this with friends and theyve never heard of receiving this type of service from a realtor. We are so happy with the home she found us but sad that we dont have the need to buy another house and continue to work with Beth. Beth is the BEST!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were from Texas and owned a large bed and breakfast but were ready to retire and move closer to our granddaughters. We had a laundry list of what we were looking for in our next home. Moving from a 7,000 sq. ft. house to a 1000 sq. ft. was our first objective. Since we had always lived in historic properties, that was another want on our list. We also wanted a specific neighborhood, and we werent going to be very accessible to Knoxville during the buying process--if at all! Beth was an absolute jewel!! She worked at keeping us informed as soon as any property came on the market that fit our criteria. She even went to the properties and did FaceTime tours with us! When we finally found the property we wanted, she must have spent the night putting everything together and the next morning we were able to do a cash offer and secure the property. She took care of EVERYTHING and was such a joy to work with. The first time we saw the property was when we went to Knoxville for the closing. Beth hit the nail on the head, it was EXACTLY what we wanted!!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth was absolutely great to work with....moving up from Florida, we threw a lot of curve balls at her and she never once flinched. We flew up on Sunday to meet with her on Monday but she actually took the time to show us a house on Sunday evening. She was so accommodating and helpful....great sense of humor and even laughed at our poor attempts at humor. We always felt she was working for our best interest and she made us feel as if we were her only client. Shes very knowledgeable regarding the Knoxville area and did her homework when we gave her a list of potential houses. When we finally found the right house, she made a great offer for us and was able to get us more than we expected. You wont be disappointed if you go with Beth Page - she will do give you 100%!
