We recently purchased a condo in Panama City Beach, and our daughter, who is a real estate agent in Georgia, referred us to Beth Mulvey with Beach House Sales & Development. From the very beginning, Beth made the entire process seamless. Living 6.5 hours away, we were nervous about buying from a distance, but Beth quickly eased those worries. She even went to the condo herself to record a video for us before we ever saw it in person. From the time we put in our offer on July 1st until closing on August 8th, Beth handled every detail with such professionalism, patience, and care. What amazed us most was her dedication during an incredibly difficult personal time. While she was facing her husbands health battle and the loss of her mother, Beth never let it affect the way she served us. On the day of closing, she couldnt be there in person due to a medical emergency with her husband, yet she still called to apologize and followed up from the hospital to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after closing, Beth and her husband went out of their way to bring us a thoughtful gift once he was released from the hospital. Her strength, kindness, and commitment are truly remarkable.
