Once an offer is signed, the work really began. Through Beths Real estate knowledge, she was able to figure out ways to keep the deal from falling through when inspections came back and buyer and sellers could not agree on terms. Without Beth, I'm sure our house deal wouldnt have gone through. I highly recommend her!

My situation was challenging because my family was in Nebraska while I was living in another state for work. We found Beth through Dave Ramsey's ELP program. We contacted her several months in advance of when we expected to sell our home to find out what we needed to do to get it ready. Beth responded immediately and was more than willing to come take a look at the house, give advice on things that needed to be updated/fixed, and explained the home staging process. We followed her advice on getting the home ready, and Beth and her team professionally staged and photographed the home. At Beth's recommendation, we listed our home at a price that was actually 10% higher than what I thought was our best-case scenario... and guess what? This outstanding realtor knew exactly what she was talking about. We had multiple offers on the very first day and accepted a full-price offer that first night. The closing process was also very smooth, especially considering we were in different states. Beth answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. She was always quick to respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. Perhaps most importantly, she followed through every time she said she would do something. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Beth to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
