ZillowVERIFIEDWe interviewed several realtors before choosing Beth. We liked that she was quick to respond, transparent, and positive that she could help us find our first home. I stress the last one because I had one realtor tell us the only way wed get a home in KOP is of an old person died or someone had a job transfer. If youre looking to buy in KOP like my family, Beth has a wealth of knowledge to lend. She also has a pretty good eye and will be transparent if she thinks you should pass on a home in this crazy market. She also has a good lending contact who made the process super easy for my busy family.Overall, Beth told us shed find us a home and she delivered! She did it with determination and creativity which is much needed in this market.Thank you, Beth and team for you hard work!!! Its much appreciated by outer family!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth helped us purchase two homes in KOP in 2021aEUR|one was when we moved back to PA from CO, and the second was an investment property. We had used Beth in the past to sell our home and knew we could count on her to find us a house quickly in a crazy market. This experience with her was no exception - she helped find us a house when we were 1700+ miles away! We were able to fly out and submit an offer which was accepted. She was also a huge help in finding us an investment property, answering a ton of questions we had along the way. Ive worked with other realtors in the past and none compare to her - she truly goes above and beyond for all her clients and makes sure they are well informed. I highly recommend her and her team!

Beth and her associate, Heather Smith, assisted my family in selling our home and purchasing a new one a few towns over. From Day 1, my wife and I were impressed with their responsiveness, knowledge, candor, and diligence. During our initial meeting, they prepared a comprehensive analysis of the sale potential of our home and answered all of our questions, really putting us at ease. They walked us through the listing process and were really hands on partners in getting our house ready for sale. They were available for questions at all hours and really put in the legwork to ensure the process was as streamlined as possible. Through their efforts, we received 3 above asking price offers during within the first 3 days of listing! Additionally, they worked with us in searching for the perfect home for us; it felt as if they were as invested in the new home as we were. Due to our circumstances, we wanted to close on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home on the same day and they coordinated all of the piece parts between our buyers, sellers, our mortgage broker, and the title companies without adding any undue stress to us. As expected, there were surprises and challenges throughout the process but they kept us informed and provided all of the necessary support to solve these issues as they arose. They shepherded us through the process and got us over the finish line into a new larger home that my family loves. This review doesn't do them justice as I can't say enough for how positive this experience was for us. All I can say is if I ever needed to sell or purchase another home, I would work with them again without reservation!

ZillowVERIFIED Beth is absoultey amazing, my partner and I both instantly felt very comfortable with her. Beth is very knoweledge and has great insight on various matters. Any question we had, Beth had an answer for us and if she didn't she would get us one. She worked really hard for us, to help us get our first home and her efforts are beyond appreciated. She was always on time (early) for appointments and never made us feel like she was too busy for us even though we know there were many times she was swamped she never let us get that impression meaning she always made the time for us and our needs/questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Beth recently represented me for buying a house in Audubon. I was extremely impressed with Beth's overall expertise of the process and her quick responsiveness to all of the unpredictability that came up from my mortgage lender. Beth was extremely adaptable to our needs and a true champion when we needed her to be. I really can't commend Beth enough on her responsiveness, if the website would let me give her a 100/5 I would. She was exactly what a good agent should be, running around to help us print and file paperwork for the purchase, meeting us near our apartment late at night to comply with my lender's ridiculous demands, and essentially being available 24/7 whenever and for whatever we needed her to be. For example, during the inspection period we discovered an unexpected leak in our homes plumbing with the inspection period ending in 24 hours, at my request, Beth rearranged her day and found an emergency plumber to come in and evaluate the potential damage before the inspection period ended. I can't stress enough how good Beth was here or how much of an effort she put forth to make sure we were able to get through settlement.I gave Beth a 4/5 for negotiation, and here is why. Negotiation is highly highly subjective, and I often did not agree with the valuations for things that Beth was making. We viewed a couple of houses before we found our home, one of which we were thinking about bidding on. I felt like the numbers that Beth was giving us for the value of the home was too high, and that some of the strengths that she was saying the home contained were actually weaknesses that would detract from its overall resale value. I also think that her recommendation the starting bid on our current home to be just a little bit too high. That being said, Beth was extremely extremely respectful whenever I disagreed with her, and was always willing to act as a sounding board for whatever new bidding strategy I was considering. She was willing to go over the pros and cons of what I wanted to do with me, and was never judgmental about having disagreed with her.Overall, I thought she was an outstanding agent and would definitely recommend her to any prospective buyers.

Beth never judged any questions you asked for clarification. As someone new to the home buying process, she was informative and quick to get responses she may not have had an exact answer to. Beth was not pushy and didnt want to just make a sale, she wanted us to find a place we could call home. Through the process we had a hiccup or two, but they were certainly not Beths fault! She managed to find the silver lining in any situation, and assured me we were still pushing forward! Beth is an excellent communicator and incorporates all members of the sale, in my case my fiancA(C)e and I. She never texted or called just one of us. The message was always relayed to all members of the process. She does not play any games and makes the process as quick and reasonable as possible! Her expertise and professional relationships allow the process to be simply one to remember! Beth comes highly recommended and if you are looking to buy or sell...shes the lady you need! After just about 2 months in our home, I'm sitting here reflecting on just how thankful I was to work with an agent and friend as great as Beth Kagan, while being a new home owner!
