Ostensibly we wanted to get an idea of the market value of our house for future planning/selling/buying a new place. I contacted Beth online and she offered to provide us with an idea of what our house is worth in the current market. When we met she toured the house and made very useful comments and suggestions to improve the saleability as well as advising what features we currently have that would help in selling the house. I expected Beth to provide a 3 to 5 page report showing the estimated market value of our home and several "comps". What we did receive was a VERY impressive and extensive report detailing all aspects of our house, surroundings and neighborhood. It was as thorough as home inspection engineer's report but for market value purposes. Throughout this process, Beth was most professional, candid and personable- not the pushy, self-inflated real estate people I have had occasion to meet over the years. Beth is someone you definitly want to have a look at your home and if you are in the market to sell, GIVE HER A CALL.
