ReviewBeth was amazing! We did a relocation through my company and we had a tight deadline in a competitive market. Beth made herself available for our marathon showing days. She also definitely had our back and let us know when something was overpriced for the market. We were able to get a house on our second house finding trip and she was able to negotiate a deal without a bidding war. We are extremely satisfied with her services and trusted her opinion throughout the process. She went above and beyond trying to help us close on time through challenging circumstances. I highly recommend her!!!

Review I have no doubt she is a nice woman, I was just very unimpressed with what she contributed to the sale of my home. I expected more knowledge of the area, county and township procedures, the correct price to list the house, and an enthusiasm that I did not feel from her. I felt she was not very involved. Actually, pretty uninvolved and removed from the process. A retired realtor friend of mine and my lawyer were amazed she did so little to help with the sale. Didn't even use a photographer...just her cell phone pictures. I have 2 friends who were going to use her if she was great, but I couldn't recommend. Luckily for her, my gentler sister was her point of contact, not me.

Review Beth was a pleasure to work with. Home buying, or selling, can be a very stressful time. Beth always made my fiancA(C) and I feel like her priority. She was always on time, could call or text at any time of day and she is sure to answer. Beth is always straight forward, not just working to aEUR~get the sale. I know that my fiancA(C) and I were not easy home buyers to work with, as we are both extremely picky and meticulous.. Despite the headaches I'm sure we caused her, Beth made us feel like family during our search. She will get you what you want, whether it takes two days or two years. I would recommend her to anyone hitting the housing market, selling or buying.

Review I cannot tell you how impressed we have been in dealing with Beth as our realtor. We originally met her as she was showing us a house that she represented. When she realized that the house was not a good fit for us, she quickly pulled up a house that she thought would fit our needs better. She was spot on and we fell in love with the house immediately. She has consistently gone above and beyond for us in not only negotiating a very fair offer for us, but also in helping tracking down permits for work that was previously done on the house. I highly recommend Beth as she is an amazing resource and person.

Review Beth was a true pleasure to work with in the sale of my home. We were selling our home after 30 years. It was the home where our kids grew up. Beth was most professional and very in-tune with our needs. She had an excellent knowledge of the marketplace and helped us price our home so that we were able to sell it in less than 6 weeks. Once we went to contract, we had a period of about 4-5 months before move-in. Beth was very helpful in getting our repairs scheduled and completed. She "held our hands" during the entire process and was very responsive to our questions and phone call. I would very highly recommend Beth for the sale of your home.
