ZillowVERIFIEDI have no doubt she is a nice woman, I was just very unimpressed with what she contributed to the sale of my home. I expected more knowledge of the area, county and township procedures, the correct price to list the house, and an enthusiasm that I did not feel from her. I felt she was not very involved. Actually, pretty uninvolved and removed from the process. A retired realtor friend of mine and my lawyer were amazed she did so little to help with the sale. Didn't even use a photographer...just her cell phone pictures. I have 2 friends who were going to use her if she was great, but I couldn't recommend. Luckily for her, my gentler sister was her point of contact, not me.
