ZillowVERIFIED Beth met with me twice to discuss the process and how she would be involved in that process. we listed the house active on Wednesday and on Thursday, I had a first showing. During the remer of that week there were 8 additional showings and one open house. By monday, we had accumulated 4 offers with the best one being $17 k oner list price. The remainder of the process went fairly smoothly and Beth had contacts and craftspeople to help get things taken care of. Overall, it was a very efficient and successful process which closed in about 30 days. I am very grateful to have this accomplished and now can move forward and accomplish new objectives.
