ZillowVERIFIEDWe were planning to attend an open house on a Sunday. As my wife looked at the photos online, I realized she was likely going to want to make an offer. We researched local realtors online and came across Beth's profile. We'd seen her name on other listings. I e-mailed to inquire whether she'd be able to represent us if we ended up liking the house. She replied within a short period of time and offered to attend the open house with us the following afternoon.We could tell from the moment she got out of the car and first spoke with us that we'd made an outstanding selection. Beth knew the home buying process (and selling) back and forward, and has a great grasp of construction/renovations. We ended up hiring her to both purchase the house we were looking at, as well as to sell the home we'd lived in for 13 years.At no point in the process did I feel we were unprepared. Beth let us know what to expect, gave us references for contractors and helped us negotiate repairs to the house we bought. She also encouraged us to get a pre-listing inspection on the house we were selling and prioritized the items we should take care of. We'd been considering letting the house go far below market value to avoid having to deal with fixing everything up. Beth encouraged us to put in the work and it paid immediate dividends. We got an offer on the house 50 hours after it was listed, and we were already familiar with all the repairs requested by the buyer (because we'd already scheduled to have them taken care of). We ended up selling the house for tens of thousands more than we would have if we'd gone ahead as planned.Can't say enough about how much we appreciated Beth's guidance through the buying and selling process. She was knowledgeable, had access to numerous contractor references and guided us through every step. Simply an amazing experience compared to any other we've ever had. We'd highly recommend Beth to anyone buying or selling property and encourage you to listen to her advice to maximize your returns.

She was down to earth yet professional. With patience, she saw us through some negotiations on a parcel of land which we ultimately walked away from until we settled on a home that was perfect for our family. She saw us through another situation with a concurrent bid without once "pushing" us in any direction. When we asked her advice, she was able to offer us outcomes based upon past experiences and leave the decision-making to us. Because she truly listened to what we wanted and needed without putting a speedy purchase first, we made a sound decision that was ours, and we have no regrets. Thanks to Linda, we have our dream home in a lovely neighborhood that we hope to build many cherished memories in.Secondly, Beth is the reason we found Linda. . . fifteen years after our first encounter with Beth we recontacted her because she made such an impression on us. She was warm, helpful, and confident from my first recollection of her. She was unable to take us on at the time and referred us to Linda, her associate, but she did not stop there. We still needed to sell our current home after the purchase described above, and knowing that we were going to try our luck with a private house sale for a short time (the dream home above required some TLC, so we needed to sell our current home at its full value), Beth still came out to our home to view it, offer her experienced opinion of its market value, some improvements we might make, and so forth. She put me in touch with a craftsperson to make a repair we needed. We were fortunate enough to sell our home very quickly for the price we needed (within a thousand dollars of Beth's suggested value and the appraisal value), otherwise, we had arranged for Beth to be the agent for our home if it did not sell within the set time frame.
