ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, I'll say Beth was very quick to react and hooked us up with her people to get a lot of the sticky situations solved as quickly as possible. It felt good at first, but eventually her approach left us feeling a little taken. It became especially clear when she didn't attend our closing nor did she send a representative in her place. Instead Beth went to another client's who we happened to know. She very easily could have scheduled them to happen at different times but we were obviously not her priority on that day. She never even called to see how the closing went or if it even happened! Beth, if you're reading this it went poorly. I guess it's not entirely reprehensible behavior because I understand this is a business, and I'm simply a customer. But for her what was a ho-hum transaction was the biggest purchase of our lives. No big deal? Anyway, we love our home, but we did all the research, she just had the evasive local listing agent (who also neglected to show up to the closing) on speed dial. We should have worked it out ourselves and not cut her into the deal. If you need someone who has local connections, she has a big personality that one way or another pushes people to do things quickly. If you prefer to work with someone who wants to get to know you and understand what you need in a home- perhaps even offering some straight talk- you would do yourself a favor to look elsewhere.

ZillowVERIFIED After the passing of my father and my mother needing more medical attention than I could provide. A nursing home placement was eminent. The selling of my parents home, the home I lived in until I was married at 23, was hands down one the hardest things I have ever done. The emotional stress was at times unbearable. From the first moment Beth signed on she was amazing. I had never sold anything let alone a house. All I knew for sure, for my family, was that the sale had to happen quickly but not at a loss. She walked me through every step. Letting me know what I needed to know when I needed to know it. Responding to every question or concern timely and at times in person. Always with a smile. Walking me through inspections. All the while assuring me that she was doing everything within her power to sell the property quickly. As my mother's illness was progressing and the property was steadily chipping away at her life savings. Within a very short period of time the property was sold, contents included. Which meant I would not have to empty out a very large Victorian House with other property attached. A house after 60 years of marriage, 5 kids and 10 grandchildren had accumulated much stuff. I am grateful beyond words. Beth is everything you want in an Agent. Knowledgeable, Professional and Compassionate.

Beth was very helpful in walking us through the process. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She listened to what we wanted our first home to be, and took the time to find homes that fit the description and fit into our budget. When we found the home we wanted She wasted no time putting in our offer. Come to find out, our house that we loved was in a multiple offer situation. She encouraged us not to give up. She went back and forth with the sellers agent until they were able negotiate a deal that was in our favor and still within our budget. After the purchase was completed we found out that In fact we were the lower offer. What I believe swayed the the sellers to choose our offer was Beth's experience and negotiation skills.
