ZillowVERIFIED Berto and his team have been the BEST to work with! Even though I sold my home by owner, and the home I found to purchase was not with a realtor, Berto has been open, honest, and transparent from the very beginning. Berto helped me sell my home and get into a new one! Berto was kind and patient even when I had 47 questions a day. Always willing to explain things in depth and made sure I understood. Giovanna has been more than patient in always responding to my messages and emails and was amazing at making sure there was clear communication with the seller and lender! I will forever recommend Berto and his team for all your realty needs. It wouldve been easy for Berto to talk me into buying the very first home he showed me, but he was upfront and honest and pointed out things that I didnt even know were issues. If youre looking for a trustworthy realtor, Berto is definitely your guy ??

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold my home on 10 acres and had the absolute pleasure of working with Berto and Gio. From start to finish, they were incredibly prompt, detail-oriented, and on top of every aspect of the process. Once we got started, everything moved quicklyaEUR"thanks in large part to their hustle and dedication. They stayed in constant communication with the buyers' bank and inspectors, reaching out daily to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Their commitment to making this as smooth as possible really stood out. If you're looking for a real estate team that communicates clearly, works fast, and handles the details like pros, I 100% recommend Berto and Gio. Top-notch service from start to finish!

ZillowVERIFIED I am grateful with Berto Barrera and his team for their guidance and support to enable the successful sale of my property. Berto offered objective advise and planned a successful open house, leading to an accepted offer in six days after the property was listed; right after, Bertos team guided both buyer and seller in a balanced and unbiased manner arriving to reasonable post inspection and closing terms. During the process of interviewing brokers, it was evident that Berto had the required experience, knowledge, and was aEURoethe only oneaEUR?, who advised me with transparency about upcoming changes on real state commission rules. In summary, Berto Barrera is knowledgeable, has robust social media and communication tools in place, is a balanced negotiator, and gets the job done with aEURoeintegrityaEUR?.

ZillowVERIFIED Berto exhibited excellent professionalism from the moment I met him. He showed up to our our first meeting with a complete market analysis of the home I was selling. This was literally only 2 hours after I called for an initial meeting. Berto has excellent communication skills and can be counted upon to follow-up and follow through on all the important details of your real estate transaction. He got us full asking price for our house. We closed within 30 days of listing. I would without hesitation recommend Berto to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
