Bert has three kids; Hampton Calhoun Ellis, 15; Emma-Grace Ellis, 12; Harper Haynes Ellis, 9. Our family has been serving the Real Estate needs in the CSRA since the early 1950?s. My Grandparents, Preston and Catherine Hiott, started building and selling homes around the time Savannah River Plant was constructed. They worked hard, not just building homes, but building a community and relationships. After my Grandfather passed away in 1970, my Grandmother continued on with the business. In 2002, I was licensed and start selling real estate for my Grandmother Hiott. That same year, she unfortunately had a stroke. I, with a "beginners lic" became the Broker In Charge. My grandmother was unable to continue in the business and we lost her in 2003. In 2004, we changed the company name from Hiott Construction & Realty to Olde South Realty. It has been 60 years now, and after market ups and downs, our family is still here to serve your real estate needs.
