ZillowVERIFIEDI could not be more excited to recommend Bernice as a realtor. After looking at numerous houses with her, I can say that she is extremely patient, knowledgeable kind, and helpful. As a legally blind individual, I have very specific needs when it comes to a place to live, including well-lit rooms. Bernice has always had my best interest in mind and is very helpful in looking for houses that may be a good fit. She does not pressure clients; rather, she works to ensure that people find houses that meet their exact needs. I can say this with absolute honesty, because I have not yet purchased a house, but Bernice continuously keeps me informed on available options. She always knows how to find the answers to my questions and is willing to make appointments at very flexible times that accommodate the schedules of those looking for a home. If you are looking to buy a house, I could not recommend a realtor more highly than I do Bernice!
ZillowVERIFIEDI was going to relocate to Burlington, CO from Houston, TX this summer for a job. I called Bernice because she was the only realtor I could locate in the area, since she had her number on Zillow and no one else did. Even though Bernice did not cover the Burlington area, she put me in touch with another realtor who did. She was very helpful, and followed up to make sure I was able to reach the other agent. Even though I wound up not moving back to Colorado after all, I highly recommend Bernice. Thank you, Bernice! :-)T. PhilipsHouston, TX
