ZillowVERIFIED In August of this year , having to come to a very hard decision to sell my parents and my childhood home for over 50 years . Through a Zillow search of realtors I came across Bernard. From the first conversation I knew he understood just how much this home and community meant to me and family. Everything he promised from day one was true and accurate. Within days of listing we had a very fair offer and signed contract. And closed within 30 days. He made the transition easy and less stressful. Most of all his greatest skill is he cares. I will recommend anyone looking to sell or buy property in South Florida. To go with this very capable and honest individual. He has a client for life and one day soon we plan to move back to South Florida. He will no doubt be our realtor of choice.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say...simply amazing. I think my house was listed for two days and someone contact Bernard. There should be ten stars! From the initial contact Bernard proved he was the man for the job! Every step of this home selling process was simple. His communication skills were impeccable, his professionalism was first class, and his willingness to go above and beyond was mind blowing. Several times throughout our transaction of selling our home Bernard has proven that he is the man to sell our home. I live in Virginia and I wanted to sell a home in Plantation, Florida. The logistics that goes into that is mind-boggling and Bernard made it really simple for me. He was turning on my water with plantation city(actually went to the office), he was getting my house cleaned for me with the cleaning team, he had a landscaper come out to trim up the hedges weed and take care of everything in the yard for me and a gentleman that power washed my patio and awnings. I have never met anyone that has went above and beyond for me in any customer related environment like Bernard executed flawlessly. I have no doubt in my mind that I will be referring Bernard and his company to everyone who I know who wants to sell a home as the process for me and I can?t say enough was very smooth. Top-notch service and support from a top-notch gentleman and company! -MR.McKoy

ZillowVERIFIED I must say that having someone who is knowledgeable as well as a true professional and passion about his work is an understatement. I was assisting my Daughter and my Son-In-Law with their first purchase of a home. Sadly, I had many Realtors in this quest who failed to deliver. By chance, I happened upon a property listed by Bernard and choose to meet with him independently of the Realtor that we had. Thank God for this miracle, although the property he show me at the time was not a fit for what we were looking for, I connected with him because he has the innate ability to listen with the intend of satisfying your needs. I ask if he would be willing to assist me in locating a property for my Daughter and Son-In-Law. I am a professional myself and hold the bar pretty high when it comes to professionalism, courtesy, customer service to name just a few. Well, Bernard Campbell not only exceeded these goals, he took it to a different altitude all together. His willingness to answer all the questions put to him, along with his availability is what sets him apart from other Realtors that Ive dealt with on this journey of securing the right home for my Daughters and Son-In-Law. We looked tirelessly for homes to the point, I was about to give up. Bernard wouldnt hear of it, he promised me that he would locate a home for my Daughter and Son-In-Law. As my daughter works nights, most of her calls to him were later than the normal business hours, but there he was - speaking to her late at night and putting her to ease. Not only did Bernard keep his word to us that he would find a home to our liking, he delivered on that word. He is an individual that goes above and beyond what is expected of him. Calls to him are returned in a timely fashion, he is a good listener with an eye for detail. He puts your mind at ease with his confidence in allowing you to vent on matters that when looking back now were trivial, yet he reassures you that you?re not in this journey alone. He thinks out of the box, which makes him an asset in my eyes. He restored my faith back in Realtors and I now have him on speed dial.

ZillowVERIFIED September 30, 2015 Bernard Campbell 1801 N. Pine Island road Suite 210 Plantation, FL 33322 Dear Mr. Campbell, I would like to express my gratitude for all of your hard work in order for me to get this house. A year ago you handed me your business card and introduced yourself, while we were both waiting at a restaurant. Little did you realize that I?d end up using your card in order to call you to purchase my first home! Not only did you give me great advice on the specifics of purchasing a house, you even steered me in a better direction to get a higher loan which will leave me some extra money to fix things that might come up. Thank you so much for recommending Vangie at VanDYK Mortgage? she was terrific!! You have been a total gentleman right from the beginning and a man of your word. I?m very impressed with your integrity and professionalism. During every step of the process you were right there and when I was getting frustrated you always say something positive for me to stay focused.
