I would like to take this opportunity to give my highest recommendation to Bernadette Rabel, realtor. Bernadette took time with me when I approached her about selling my home. She provided me with a booklet that was personalized to my home and walked me through all of the steps. Smart, detail oriented and highly motivated are words that I would use to describe Bernadette. She wanted to capture the outside of my property and sent a photographer to take photographs well in advance of my listing the property. This was an emotional move for me; this was the house where I raised my family. Bernadette knew this and was very sensitive to my feelings. Once I was ready to list my house, she sent the photographer back to take pictures of the interior. All of this was done when I was not at home. She created multiple videos and reels for the various Social Media platforms ensuring that the listing got to the largest audience possible. She posted a teaser of my property with the words aEUR~coming soon floating in the pool prior to the listing coming out. The short videos of my property posted on various social media platforms resulted in showings to prospective buyers from multiple states. I listed my property with Bernadette in late May and I had quite a few showings; I signed the contract in early August. I had two offers for my home on the same day, and Bernadette worked tirelessly to get me the best deal, all while she was on vacation. The price I got for the property was just under my asking price, with no inspections. It was better than I ever thought I would get. She took care of everything, and I didnt even have to go to the closing. I just picked up the check later that day! My experience with Bernadette as a realtor was nothing short of amazing.
