BERNADETTE PITTROFF

Bernadette "Bernie" Pittroff specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential properties in Pasadena and San Marino and has personally sold well over 200 homes throughout the area since moving here in 2004. She enjoys implementing marketing programs for her clients and believes good marketing is so important for home sellers - it gives them and their home the distinctive edge. Also a certified condo specialist she is not only uniquely well-versed in CCR's, HOA's and other factors related to condominium purchases and/or sales, she is unusually knowledgeable about how they are constructed.

Over the years, Bernie has represented a variety of clients - doctors, engineers, techies, professors, lawyers, and entrepreneurs - and they all have something in common: they want a home to live in that meets their needs beautifully. A true professional, she enjoys lavishing her clients with personalized extra attention and superior service so that each transaction is as smooth as possible.

Bernie lives in Pasadena with her husband and three children. When she isn't working, she loves to spend time at the beach to relax and unwind.
