ZillowVERIFIEDBernadette ..What we love about her the most aside from being Great.. is that she will breakdown on why you should or shouldn't buy the home you are looking at. My wife and I learned alot from her. She helped us purchase our first home and we love it. Be patient when buying a home. Don't rush into it..just let Bernadette help you...she's a pro.

ZillowVERIFIED Bernadette was such a great realtor to work with, she was actually our second. She was very thorough and shared the exact properties that fit our needs. Bernadette was also a great advocate during the closing process which was important to me as first-time buyers. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Bernadette helped us find and buy our first home this past year. We decided to start looking into buying a home after having a baby and needing more space, and something to finally call our own. I was terrified to start the process especially with a baby and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as tedious as the home buying process can be, she made it feel seamless and less scary. There were times when we almost backed out, but she helped ease our doubts and fears by always being a resource for us and answering all our questions. She was the very best to work with from the very beginning of sending us listings to the moment we closed. We are so grateful for her and definitely recommend her services!

ZillowVERIFIED Bernadette is a wonderful realtor, she replies emails and text messages promptly and is always willing to go the extra mile to make a deal go through. She has a sound knowledge of property and property values. She is the first person I call when I see a property on the market for sale that I like. She has represented me in more than one purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I own a condo I rent out, in the past it has been a slam dunk rental I have always gotten asking price and the unit has never been on the market more than 60 days. This year it was very difficult the climate has changed my unit was getting applicants with poor credit and no job. I decided to apply to become section 8 approved, Bernadette held my hand through the whole process and attended my appointment with the inspector since I live out of state which is completely out of her work scope. The unit need a few items handled to be up to code Bernadette set up a handyman to complete the work. In the end the building exterior need work which my association was not willing to do so Bernadette went back to the drawing board and we reduced the price. She is not your typical realtor it took 4 months and 3 price drops to find a great tenant. The whole time she was always very responsive, never tried to get me to take a poor quality tenant to "close the deal" she always had my best interest at heart and it was obvious
