Once we bought the house and moved in, there was a lot of work and I have not been able to come here and write a review for her. It is high time I do it now. I was looking to buy houses from Nov, 2020 and until Mar 2021 we had offered on 8 houses and were out bid or did not work out through a different company. A friend of mine referred to Benny Yento and that is how I got in touch with Margarita. She is a blessing. We saw the house in April 2021 and we close in May 2021. She has made the process seem so seamless and is very easy to work with and she is also very prompt in replying and addressing our concerns. She is now like a family member. She gave me all the details of the house, the pros and cons and she also has so many people in her circle in the construction business and real estate, she will hook you up with her contacts for all handy man help that you may need. I was in a very stressful situation when I we had offered on 8 houses and were not able to secure one and contrast that to how easy Margarita made it happen for us was truly a blessing and a relief. After 2 years I am still in touch with her and I still take her advice if I want to remodel or do something else or even ask her about investment property options. ZillowVERIFIED There are realtors and then there are Michele and Lisa of the Kevin Yento team!You will be hard pressed to find more hardworking, knowledgeable and patient realtors in central/north NJ if not all of Tri state. We first met both Michele and Lisa at an open house in Bridgewater back in early 2021. We stopped our search then and started again in early 2022. We met them again at an open house, they remembered us as well and hit it off. Through the early phases of our search, Lisa was incredibly diligent to understand our preferences and send us the relevant listings every week. Even with our preference of Princeton area being farther from their Bridgewater office both Lisa and Michele showed us several homes in a very patient manner. They also did virtual showings. We put offers on a few homes before we finally got one that we liked and was accepted. There was some confusion at the time of offer but got resolved eventually. During the initial process of vetting houses and all we were getting help from Lisa, during the latter half of the process of house showings, offer, negotiations, renovation ideas, etc. we got a ton of help from Michele. Michele is incredibly knowledgeable regarding what a house is worth, renovations, locality, etc. They tag team excellently together with reasonably well defined roles. Plus they have a helpful backup team for support if need be. It has been more almost 6 months since we started the process of house search. We have some renovations going on currently and we still have been communicating with them regularly. Their recommendations of inspectors and more specifically contractors (Oscar and Pascal) have been excellent as well. If you actually need highly professional yet personable people whom you could trust in the home buying or selling process dont look further than Michele and Lisa. Top notch in all departments and highly recommended!
