I was introduced to Benny through a friend (another real estate agent who moved out of state). We met a couple of days after that and I explained him what I was looking for and told him about my unique/tough situation. And when I'm saying tough I mean I'm involved in cannabis business and was using only 1 year tax return. Everybody else said "impossible" even agents who specialize in cannabis related loans. Seems like I found the guy who didn't know it was impossible and did it! We went through few homes that most had some great things but missed other parts that I wanted until we walked into the house that straight from the main entrance before even looking at other rooms, backyard etc I told Benny "I want that house, I love it". Benny responded "I'm on it". To complicate things more, that was Saturday and sellers with their agent were reviewing offers the next day, on Sunday. Benny made a call, put in an offer with a great incentive for the sellers but one that didn't inconvenience myself and the next day the sellers accepted our offer. There were other potential buyers who wanted the house badly (and I'm assuming they weren't in the though business like myself) but we got it! Benny actually found us 2 options for a loan that we chose 1 from. Process was quick and smooth, I believe we closed in 24 days. Benny was super responsive throughout the whole escrow time, always answered my calls and texted me back and helped with all of the requestests I had. Can't thank him enough, the aren't many people like him that you can work with!
