Before I speak of myself, I must start with the person that accidentally made me fall in love with real estate, my wife Nicole. My career is part of a team effort to bring you the best service possible when looking for a home or property. Who are The Rafferty's? Nicole has been a full time Realtor® since 2007 and has seen a lot in that time (the good, the bad, and the ugly). This helps to plan for you on a lot of the process ahead of time and assist you in making empowered decisions. I joined Nicole in the real estate sales arena in 2021. I bring ambitious spirit and management background to the team and have been a force for my clients since the beginning. Both Nicole and I are character driven, accountable, and professional. As of March 2024, we have closed more than 83 million in sales, and are consistently out-producing the average Realtor in the Triad. Nicole holds the Certified Client Protection Expert and Certified Strategic Pricing Specialist certificates behind her name to serve her clients. I have earned the "Realtor of Disctiction" award as well as being a "Top Producer" for Fast Expert in the Triad area. Versed in working with both home Sellers and Buyers from the beginner to the experienced, novice and experienced Investors, Land transactions, and New Construction, we have the privilege of helping our friends, family, and neighbors with their real estate needs. Nicole and I are known for handling a property the way we would our own and are always accessible to field questions from clients. In addition to being award-winning industry leaders we are a married couple with 3 children. We met in high school and have been together since. Our oldest son is Kellen. Then there is Teddy in the middle. Finishing off the kids' side of things is our girl Natalia. We also have 3 dogs that we rescued from Caswell County Animal Shelter. There's Wojo, Romey, and Elsa. Keeping with the 2 boys and 1 girl of our human children, our furry children followed suit. Family time is treasured, and when we aren't working this is what we love most. If it's a nice evening, no matter the time of year, you will find us in our yard enjoying time outside. We also enjoy finding different parks within an hour or so drive to explore with the kids. In our free time Nicole enjoys cooking for her family and friends, reading a book on the porch, or wine nights with friends. I am an avid golf lover, enjoy playing basketball, and playing darts or pool with friends. Both of us are also volunteers with our church for different community activities throughout the year.
