We contracted Ben Lincoln to sell our Scituate, MA home, we live in Maine so a lot of details and prep fell on his shoulders. We were amazed at the effort, hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail of this up and coming professional! He worked tirelessly, removing left behind belongings, and when the new buyers decided they didn't want any of the things we had left in the basement for them, he cleaned that out as well. Every step and decision was communicated to us, everything went as scheduled with no delays or last minute changes. I cannot say enough about this realtor, he is a true breath of fresh air in today's world. It is a pleasure to have someone who knows what they are doing and loves what they do on your side for the sale or purchase of a home!

I worked with Ben during one of the most challenging home buying periods in history, COVID. Ben expertly found me the "perfect home", working tirelessly to find it for me and showing me properties to determine what the "perfect home" meant to me.Ben's attention to every detail, exceptional professionalism, communication skills, and person approach make him a stand out in this industry. I have worked in the mortgage/title/relocation/real estate industry for over 25 years and I have met very few dedicated professionals that are as dedicated, energetic and positive as Ben. If you are fortunate to work with Ben, you will not be disappointed. He works incredibly hard for each client and is a true professional.Thank you Ben!!!!

Ben helped my husband and I buy our first home. He was always available any time of day, easy to get a hold of, and very responsive. He is extremely organized and was always on top of the timeline. We were thrilled to get our offered accepted, and our closing done with ease because of Bens expertise and professionalism. We highly recommend working with Ben.

Ben provided a wonderful experience. He sold our home and also has been helping us to look for a new home, although we havent yet purchased. On the buying side, Ben is SO patient and never made us feel pressured to buy despite the countless hours he put into showing us homes. We started looking for a new home over a year ago. We looked at new construction, and during that process he was wonderful communicating with the builder on our behalf. We also looked at lived-in homes, and during that process, I was happy with the amount of homes he showed us, his honestly in terms of what he thought would and would not work for us (e.g., we dont know the area super well and he was honest about what neighborhoods fit our family), and speediness in getting us into homes, especially given how quickly homes are selling. The thing I want to stress most though is his patience and understanding. He never made me feel pressured to put in an offer. He never made me feel badly about being indecisive or dragging our feet. We were serious about buying over a year ago and have gotten close many times, only to now take a step back due to covid and yet Ben has never made us feel badly about that. He continues to be patient and work with us. On the selling side, Ben was easy to work with. I was happy with the quality of photos taken for our listing. Our home sold within days. We were out of town during the selling process, and Ben even went so far as to run to town hall to grab documents for us needed in order to sell the house. He was great and I'm very appreciative of his hard work.

Ben played an integral role in the purchase of our new home. Although the market in the suburbs was extremely competitive, Ben helped us get early showings and got our offers in very quickly. He gave us ideas on how our offers could stand out, and we credit his creative approach in the purchase of our dream home. We looked at several homes with Ben from the South Shore to Boston and beyond- he was exceptionally accommodating to our schedules and made the search easy and fun! He has a great knowledge of the market, and his kind and personable nature created a comfortable working relationship. Thank you Ben! Our family could not be happier with the new house!

Ben Lincoln has been an excellent realtor to work with. He has guided us through the sale of our own home in addition to the purchase/build of another. His work ethic and dedication is admirable and goes above and beyond. He is able to be helpful, friendly, and also very professional at the same time. We are very appreciative of all of the help that Ben has provided us and would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Ben was fully attentive and responsive during our search for a new home and the sale of our previous one (all during Covid). We had many unforeseen hiccups with the sale of our home, due to others negligence and oversights, but Ben worked tirelessly with us to overcome each issue and get us into our dream home in the end (and right on schedule!). Without his out of the box thinking, we would not have been able to make our sale happen. We would absolutely recommend Ben to anyone looking to sell and/or buy a new home!

Ben is a hard working as well as engaging young man. He is making an earnest effort to expand his real estate work and has a clear as well as realistic business plan. He carries himself well in public...always a broad grin or smile when I see him.We work out at times together at a local gym...this is important as I believe that people who continually take care of themselves physically are well suited for dealing with prospects and the public in general. I wish him well in his future REal Estate efforts!

We cant say enough good things about Ben and how he helped us in purchasing our new home! From start to finish, Ben was by our side, patiently walking us through the process of the purchase as well as the sale of our previous home. Ben was so professional and made what could be a stressful experience, one that was pleasant and seamless. We were so thankful to have Ben help us find our forever home!
