Review We are so happy that we decided to list our home with Ben. We cant get over his attention to detail. Ben went through our home, and told us exactly what we needed to do as far as getting the house ready for showing. Ben quickly had his people in to take photos and video etc. We didnt feel inconvenienced at all, because he was always there to manage what was taking place. He kept us updated on showings immediately after he got the response from the other agents who brought people through. Most times he asked for feedback the very same day. Ben was always upbeat and positive, which gave us encouragement. We also feel that He was very honest about his expectations. Communications was spot on. EVERY time I called Ben, he answered the phone. Even when he was fish with one of his boys. He is very personable, and we feel like we know him well, even though we only just met when we listed the home. We have moved 12 times over 34 years.5 rentals and 7 purchases. I 100% can say that this was the best experience that we have ever had in all of those moves. This is the first time I have felt that I needed/wanted to share my experience of selling a home. Review We contacted Ben in April of 2021 to sell our home as one of several realtors we spoke with for the sale. We quickly realized that Ben was the right choice for us. His straight-forward talk and willingness to listen to us was very evident from the start. Then he patiently waited for over a year to sell our home. We were firm about first acquiring a new house then selling the old one. He didn't balk or try to coerce us to change our plan - he just repeated "I'll be ready when you are".Ben was the best business partner. He helped with so many things regarding the sale (I can't list all of them here - trust me it was a TON) including providing names of very qualified contractors to get some projects done pre-sale. Ben was fair and honest, but firm when he thought we were doing something to hurt ourselves or the sale. Over time we confirmed our initial belief that he was willing to listen to us as partners in the sale and quickly bought into his approach to the selling process. We didn't want someone to bark orders at us, we wanted a partner that could guide us through the process of selling our home together. He's also a go-getter. He doesn't sit back and wait for things to happen; he makes things happen. Lastly, his communication was first rate. Review Mr. Benjamin Jampel (I call him Ben) is a great realtor with knowledge. When taking pictures of the house, he himself was there with the photographer and helped him taking pictures. When there is a question regarding the square footage of the house, he brought the appraiser and paid the appraiser from his pocket (note: I did not even sign the contract with him). During the contract time, he paid the home warranty for the house. He sold our home within a week. He is available any time I needed him. Best of all,I was attracted by his professionalism, enthusiasm in the real estate business, prompt response to our questions, and maintaining the correspondence between my attorney and the buyers attorney. His negotiation skills are excellent. He is very honest in everything. He is not pushy agent. His financial background helps a lot to his customers. When we are puzzling what to do after selling the house, whether to buy a home immediately or rent a home, he gave us his best opinion. This means, he helps his clients in giving his honest opinion. Based on my experience with him, we recommend him to all our friends and relatives without any doubt. We will keep asking him for his advise in the future. He is the best.

We attended 3 open houses that day and instantly saw the professionalism of Ben and serious approach to every visitors safety. He provided the proper PPE, had help to ensure everyone received a guided tour, and restricted traffic into the house. At other open houses, we felt rushed or unsafe, but we felt very comfortable at Bens. We were pleased when he called me the next day to follow up, as we had seen his signs around town and felt he may have a great knowledge of the area. Within minutes, he was able to tell us the differences in some areas that we had been looking at and helped us identify our list of wants in a new home. Through the next several months, Ben helped us navigate an extremely complicated and competitive market, providing excellent advice along the way. Ben is always responsive and answers texts or calls within minutes. Without ever pressuring us, Ben always made it clear when we needed to act quickly if we liked a property and was always honest in his assessments and feedback. When we first looked at the house that we ultimately purchased, Ben was key in helping us detach from our emotional attachment and make a smart offer that was accepted and less than we may have been inclined to offer, due to the competitiveness of the market. Ben is also not afraid to get dirty. He crawled into countless attics and spaces and uncovered a few red flags along the way, things we may not have seen otherwise.
