ZillowVERIFIEDBen did a phenomenal job of assisting me in the purchase of my new home. Since I was a first time buyer he helped me with any questions I had day or night. Ben has a vast knowledge of real estate and the ins and outs of the entire home purchasing process. Ben really cares about your purchase and will be straight forward with you if he doesn't believe the home is right for you. I believe he would rather tell you the truth and potentially lose a sale rather than look the other way to try and make a quick buck. He made the entire process very easy for me and I now know I have a real estate agent for life.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben was awesome to work with. He really knew the area and was great at getting the home builder to except our offer. We will be using him again whenever we decide to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED I could have not asked for a more knowledgeable, compassionate, and upstanding realtor than Benjamin. I?ve never bought property before, and I?m so very happy he is the one I was put in contact with on Zillow. He did an outstanding job walking me through this entire process! I will recommend him every chance I get.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben represented me and my fiancee on our first new home purchase. He was very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable - especially in new construction. He explained the home buying process, answered all our questions immediately, and ensured that we were taken care of. Overall, he helped facilitate a smooth transaction with the builder/seller and we are very happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Ben was very knowledgable and prompt with answers. He was always approachable and reliable. He was able to get us a year extension on our home warranty because the home was going to be leased by the builder the first year.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben represented me in my purchase of three properties in Sparks, NV. I found him knowledgeable, helpful and extremely quick in responding to my numerous questions and concerns. He followed up with his broker or concerned expert to answer questions outside his direct area of expertise. The transactions went pretty smoothly. As two examples: he drove approx. 125 miles each way to get our signatures on a purchase contract because of the limitations that a toddler put on our driving ability! And, after the first transaction he even offered to hold on to the keys (I dont live in the area) and show the property to prospective tenants at no cost! He also introduced me to a property manager, whose services I ended up retaining. I am highly satisfied with his recommendation of property manager. Bens passion for his work comes across in his interactions with his clients. I recommend him highly.

ZillowVERIFIED My Wife and I were looking to buy for almost a whole year and Ben was with us through the entire process. Ben was very reliable and we could count on him to return our phone calls and answer any questions almost immediately. If Ben didnt have the answers, he always had the resources to find the information needed. He was always sending us info on houses new on the market the entire time. It seemed he knew what we wanted better then we did and he never took a day off. There was always time in his busy schedule to show us a house at our most convenient time. After almost closing the door on purchasing a home, Ben kept our hopes up and we were successful. We couldnt have done it without Ben and his patience and knowledge. I would highly recommend this young, hard working gentlemen to represent anyone in the process of purchasing their new home
