Ben was absolutely elite and I am beyond grateful. He went above and beyond every step of the way and never pressured me once and even told me to take a step back and sleep on decisions. He never pushed the sale of my long time home or new one. He did things most others would not to include fixing things for the inspection and helping me fix a hiccup and miscommunication on my end with the sellers early morning on the day of my closing. I couldn't have done it without him. He's your guy! I had planned on renting my long time home and made a very abrupt quick decision to sell it. Within a week he had it sold at fair value before it even went on the market, and closed on my new townhouse in very competitive market in my absolute dream location. It was unbelievable how quickly he was able to pull this off and use his network connections. His network, immediate customer service, zero pressure, and a lot of his own elbow grease pulled off the impossible. He responded super quick to any of my questions along the way. I can't thank him enough!
