ZillowVERIFIEDBenedicte and LoA?c Carbonnier are the best realtors we have ever worked with. They work so hard and go out of their way for their clients. The first house we bought with them, we toured the house late in the day and decided to make an offer, and they went back to the office that night and submitted it and the offer was accepted. The next morning, a flood of higher-priced offers came in. Had they waited even a couple hours - which would have been totally legitimate, as it was late in the day - we would not have gotten that house. Benedicte and LoA?c are experts in their field. They are extremely responsive and work tirelessly to get you the house you want. LoA?c crawled into the crawlspace of the last house we bought and took photos to send to the City to pass the inspection so we could close on time, because the Seller didnt take proper photos. The Accent Team, Benedicte and LoA?c Carbonnier, are just the best. You cannot afford to work with anybody else in SE Washington/NE Oregon.
