ZillowVERIFIED Working with Ben Meyer was one of the best decisions we made during our move from Colorado to Wichita. Selling a home in one state while buying another in a different state felt like a huge undertaking, but Ben guided us through every step with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. He was always quick to respond, kept us informed throughout the process, and made us feel like we were his top priority. What stood out most was how much he truly cared about helping us find the right home for our family, not just completing a transaction. His knowledge, attention to detail, and steady guidance gave us confidence during what could have been a very stressful time. Thanks to Ben, both the sale of our Colorado home and the purchase of our Wichita home went smoothly. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I had so many questions and were initially skeptical about finding a realtor who would truly guide and educate us rather than just trying to sell us any home. From the very first day we met Ben, we knew we had made the right choice. Ben was absolutely phenomenal! He allowed us to move at our own pace while always being present and supportive. Hes incredibly responsive and easy to get along with, making the process much less stressful. I felt completely comfortable asking him any question, no matter how small, without ever feeling judged or dismissed. Throughout the process, I learned so much and felt increasingly informed and confident about buying a homeaEUR"all thanks to Bens guidance. His professionalism and expertise are unmatched. With his renovation background and extensive home-buying experience, he truly is a jack of all trades. He helped us understand everything, from what to look for in a home to the pros and cons of buying new versus older properties. They say your realtor should feel like a friend, and Ben is exactly thataEUR"a trusted friend who has your best interests at heart. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben Meyer and Rico worked tirelessly to overcome numerous obstacles during the sale of my house. Ben's problem-solving skills were truly impressive - whenever a challenge arose, he was quick to find solutions rather than making excuses. Working with Ben and Rico made the entire process smooth and successful. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking a dedicated and skilled realtor. You wont find anyone who will work harder for you and who will go above and beyond what is expected to get the job done. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Ben and Rico!

ZillowVERIFIED Ben and Rico were fantastic to work with from the meet and greet to the close date. We were moving states selling a house and buying another and their communication and knowledge really helped the whole process. They made the dates align with the sell of our home and close date here in Kansas. Ben did virtual walkthroughs with us answering any questions we had and went to bat for us when the sellers didnt comply with things agreed upon. Highly recommend this wonderful team.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldnt have asked for a smoother transition to Wichita from out of state! Ben gained my trust very quickly and kept it through out the process. I actually found him from watching informational videos online and couldnt be happier. Very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I used recommended lender and inspector which seemed to help the process. I was also selling at the same time and him and his team worked with my realtor seamlessly. Thanks for everything including helping us navigate unfamiliar territory and the process. Ben and Rico are awesome

ZillowVERIFIED Ben represents the future of realty. Hes savvy from an internet marketing perspective as well as having great people skills and a solid foundational knowledge geographically and related to construction itself. I started working with him while still living in Europe and he patiently sent me listings and provided guidance for 9 months prior to my relocation to Kansas. After meeting in person he and his team worked diligently on a tight timeline to help find a property within a 10 day framework.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben and his team were fantastic. They helped us navigate selling our home and buying another and reduced the stress at every step. From the very beginning, Ben and his team were proactive in recommending needed repairs, gave us practical home staging advice, priced our home appropriately after an extensive market analysis and we sold above asking price in 48 hours. From the buying side; they prioritized us and helped us view the home we purchased within 2 hours of us requesting the showing. Throughout the process, Ben was patient with us and answered each of our questions openly and honestly. 100% would recommend Team Home Hero!

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer there were any things I was unaware. With Bens knowledge of not only the market but details on appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc. was extremely informative and appreciated. Ben, along with everyone else I encountered at Team Home Hero were always professional and responsive. While working with Ben I learned how crazy the market is with houses pending contract within a day or two of listing. Knowing this, I could call/text Ben about seeing a house and within a few hours wed be at the house on a private showing. The whole experience was very enjoyable. No pressure. At the end, all that was important to Ben was that I found a place I could call home. Thanks Ben!

ZillowVERIFIED Ben was great to work with. I work 12hr shifts and I was not able to see properties at a normal hour, but that didnt stop Ben from making it happen. He worked with my crazy schedule. I also let him know what I wanted, and I knew going in i would find a house with everything. My top 3 importance were a safe neighborhood, move in ready and a fenced backyard for my dogs, Ben was able to find that for me. I would send him a list of 10 properties and he would tell me yes or no on the houses. I had other wants but I came in open minded. He is very informative and responds quickly to any text or phone call. He will answer all questions, if he doesnt know the answer he will find out and get back to you quickly. I'm 26 and really had no idea the process of buying a property. He made it painless. If I was starting to worry or stress he was able to ease my mind by either finding something out that I was worried about or reminded me to be patient. I am definitely that person that wants something done quickly. It was a pleasure working with Ben. Honestly I dont want to buy another home for a long time but I would highly recommend Ben as a realtor. Thank again for helping me find the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben is very fast at getting back to me whether its for a question or setting up a time to look at houses. He found one with everything I was looking for and reassured he would fine me a house, when no houses where popping up with what I was wanting. Very patient and understanding when I was running late unlike some who just leave after waiting 4minutes.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked closely with Ben through the entire home buying process. He was always professional when helping my wife and I. Ben is knowledgeable, he was a former contractor and was able to handle repair requests and inspections with the property I purchased. Ben and his team were able to handle all requests and complete our closing in an expedited fashion. Normally I would love to save some money and skip a realtor but Ben I was really confident in Ben's ability to handle things in my absence. I was extremely impressed with Ben and his team.

From the first time speaking with Ben to the day we closed on our new home, Ben was always very responsive to anything we asked of him. Ben listened to the needs and wants that my husband and I wanted for our next home. He provided several houses for us to look at in different neighborhoods and was very verse with many different areas. He provided pros/cons and honest feedback when we were trying to find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We never felt pressured by Ben and he was very down to earth. With my new home the sellers installed a new roof right before we closed. However, they did not have the gutters put on yet. Ben is taking care of all that extra hassle for me due to my very busy schedule.
