After his comps and our brainstorming, we decided it would be in my best interest to use my property as a rental, since my profits would not be worth the sale. He sent me to the rental section of his company and they took care of everything. I linked back up with him in June 2022 to sell the same property. Numbers were good, timing was great, and profit was definitely worth the wait. An outstanding professional and one stop shop. I live in the DFW area and he took care of everything on my behalf. He had pics, virtual walk thru videos, drone footage, staging, repair personnel, painters and all documents in order and on time. 10 out of 10 would do another transaction with him and his team. Right off the bat, Ben stood out from the rest by coming to my house on a Sunday to schedule a sit down. I'm order to find out what we wanted and how he was going to get us there. Very honest and expressed his concerns with certain builders, so we wouldnt have the same problems that he has encountered before and so we dont make mistakes from his experience. Very patient and on time for meetings and viewing of a homes. We never felt alone at any point in the process. From the first time we meet he had us make a list of should haves and must haves. Our biggest Must have was we wanted to stay in the Pebble Hills High school area. Never did he try to push us to go somewhere else. Ben made it a mission to himself to find us our Dream Home in that Area. In which I Love to say he did. We couldnt be happier with our overall experience with Ben Williams.
