Ben walked with us around tens of houses, giving advice when needed, and letting us run with an idea when we knew what we wanted. He is also handy, and was able to point out when a house had issues we should steer clear of, and when it was nothing to worry about. He helped us select colors to paint the exterior and had a staging partner that he and I worked with to make the house pop. The photographer he uses is great and Ben made sure the text that accompanied the listing was spot on. What impressed me the most in working with Ben was that he had a very methodical strategy in making sure the property got exposure and all the details were completed. A lot goes on in the backend of selling a house and he knows his business. I work in sales and it really takes a lot to impress me. Here are the results of his work: *Went on the market Friday morning * 65 showings in two 1/2 days * Two open houses executed *16 offers on the property *Sold well over asking price!
