Working with Ben was great. I got the pleasure to work with him on both side of buying/selling a home. He helped us sell my mother's home. When i was ready i contacted Ben, he responded quickly. As a new home buyer I was not sure what to expect. Ben took the time to explain everything in detail. He was always flexible to look at home that I would add on at the last minute. He is knowledgeable, looks for the little things that a normal person may not spot when buying houses. The final house was surprise, it had all that I was looking for. He negotiated with the seller things that I did think was possible, his advice was priceless. I ended up with the big yard and house set up the way I wanted. I will recommend Ben to everyone.

Ben is fantastic. He came recommended from a good friend, and we were very glad to have gotten to work with him. He knows a ton about the area and the weird odds and ends of old houses, such that he was able to point out things we'd never notice as far as quality/maintenance/etc., as well as helping us theorize about what it would take to make changes to places to get what we'd want. He was responsive to our desires (even as those evolved over the course of our search) rather than ever pushing us to things we didn't want. He's candid, informative, and has a great sense of humor.
