ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a home in Jackson and I worked mostly with Sheila Roberts. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She listened to me in what I wanted and applied that. She has a very calming personality which is exactly what you need when you're dealing with real estate purchases--it's a stressful time. She responded very quickly to all my questions. When she provided advice to me, she wasn't forceful about it and I really appreciated that. When the day comes to sell this new house of mine, I will definitely be calling her!

Great team - easy to work with! We have now used Ben & Sheila to purchase 2 homes and sold 1. I have relatives who are real estate agents, but can't imagine using anyone but Ben & Sheila Roberts. Twice now, they have found us the perfect home at the perfect price and got us more than we ever imagined we could get when selling our first home.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not fully explain the happiness my husband and I have experienced working with Ben and Sheila. Sheila worked with us and was a true southern charm. She was just as polite, honest, and patient as she could be. She made our dreams come true! This was a scary yet special purchase and Sheila never gave us any reason to doubt that we were making the right choice! Thank you so much Sheila!

ZillowVERIFIED Ben and Sheila did an excellent job with the sell of my property. They were prompt in answering and returning phone calls, handled the paperwork process efficiently, and were quick to let me know of any updates that had occurred throughout the listing, negotiating, and closing process. I'd give a personal recommendation, on their behalf, to anyone looking for a reliable agent in the Jackson, TN area.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben and his wife Sheila were so easy to work with. My texts and phone calls were usually answered or returned within 30 minutes. They are very friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable of the region that they serve. Our first realtor couldn't get the job done. As soon as we swapped to Ben, the house was shown more on average per week than it did the entire 8 months prior to that when it was listed with another realtor. We definitely recommend his team and use again if needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben and Sheila went the extra mile to make the selling process easier for me as a first time seller. My home had an offer and contract within the first 10 days of being put on the market. They answered all of my (many) questions, took care of the closing process while I was unavailable, continued to keep me informed and remained available even after the sale was complete. I will be calling the Roberts when I am ready to purchase a new home.

He was very personable and friendly and did a fantastic job of locating the best neighborhoods for my family. If I ever had the opportunity to move here again, I would not hesitate to contact Ben.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben has been wonderful. From the moment he walked through my door, well prepared might I add, to accomadating my schedule he has been a huge support in my transition from selling my home to buying my next home. Ben had me prepared to put my house on the market, told me the things that needed to be done and provide me with avenues to do them. I did those and had an offer in 6 days!! Ben kept me informed on the progress and helped me in locating a new home for my family and I, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Also, he came and helped me move a couple of things, now who can say their realtor did that?!! Amazing!!

ZillowVERIFIED Not only did Ben help me get the house I wanted in less than a month, from finding it to moving in, he also helped me find the right people to get my financing available. Ben answered every question I had, negotiated on the contract, and showed me many places I was interested in without any wait. He's a good realtor, very professional, and a trustworthy person to work with. Definitely the guy I will and have recommended. Next time I'm in the market I know who to go to!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently bought my first home in the Jackson area. Being a woman I had, of course, a lengthily list of "wants" for our new home with a modest budget and we needed to be located in a relatively small school zone in Northeast Madison county. Ben and Shelia Roberts worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for our family. They were also extremly supportive during the "ups and downs" of home buying and were experts when questions arose. I will always use the Robert's team for my family's real estate needs. In today's world, in any industry, it is extremally rare to find professionals that truly care about their clients and the final end-result. I found this with Ben and Sheila Roberts.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben spent time showing my husband and I homes for nearly 9 months. We weren't in a hurry to purchase, and he was VERY patient with us. We were first time home buyers and he was very informative when it came to the local market and purchase process. He and his wife are both great at what they do and we enjoyed every viewing we had with them!
