Even when something came up and he couldnt look at houses with us, he offered one of his team members to show houses to us. Thats dedication! He always responded promptly to texts/emails/calls. He had knowledge of the big ticket items in a house like furnaces, hot water heaters, windows, etc. He was practically a mini home inspection real estate agent. He took houses we thought we wanted to see, and made comments on them based on his knowledge of the area, the home itself, etc. It helped us eliminate houses that would have been a waste of time. Our range of cities were very wide but that didnt intimidate Ben. He helped us look all over the west side of Cleveland. As first time home buyers, we felt very comfortable with Ben. He never once made us feel stupid or inferior. When it was time for us to make an offer on a house, he stayed up until after midnight to make sure our offer was set and ready to go. He offered knowledge on bargaining tools as well. Our first offer was accepted and everything went very smoothly. He was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner, and even though he was going through the same process with 4-5 other buyers, he still made time to make sure our questions were answered. When we were looking at homes, Ben was very knowledgeable and would get his hands dirty looking at certain parts if need be. This was huge as some houses appeared like solid candidates, but Ben found some items that were major flaws and would've needed serious repair.My fiance and I recommend Ben to anyone looking at buying a new home, as we will definitely use his services, if we ever move that is.
