Although I have bought and sold several properties in the past, this was my first out-of-state purchase. Ben made it a smooth and flawless experience. We had several phone calls, text and emails which Ben used to customize our home search. He coordinated with my son to view quite a few homes in-person, usually with little notice. The price he negotiated for the home we bought was incredible! The long distance signing was easier than I could have expected. I have no doubt Ben Malone is a duck.
