She was very personable, professional, and made us feel comfortable talking with her. She began searching for a home for us and showed us several. Within a month, we found our perfect home. The house was listed for one day, and we made an offer and it was accepted. Then we listed our other home. We hit a downturn in the market, but Betsy had many open houses, and eventually staged our house to appeal to more buyers. At the end of 5 months we had an offer and closed within 30 days. ZillowVERIFIED Ben did a great job for us. He was the one that found us this house and it was a perfect fit for what we were hoping to find. His local knowledge was excellent which was especially helpful to us as we were not familiar with the area. He provided us with suggestions and referrals that we needed during the purchase and for after as well. He was masterful in terms of process expertise and used tools that made our remote purchase simple and uncomplicated. Ben was always completely responsive and available to us by phone and by text. He also worked with our lender when there was delay due to the lender not being able to complete the appraisal on time. On the day of closing Ben stopped by the house we were purchasing to drop off a gift for us. Upon his arrival he found that the furnace had stopped working. Ben contacted us right away, worked with the seller and seller's agent and got the furnace repaired that day. This was the day before Thanksgiving. Ben was on his way out of town with his family when this occurred and he delayed their trip by several hours until he was able to personal confirm the furnace was in working condition. He really went above and beyond in all aspects making this easily the best real estate experience we've had.
