Key words to describe him would be: 1) Knowledgeable, Patient and Helpful. 2) Ultra Communicative and Always Available 3) Together every step of the way! Buying a house can be very scary especially if you are a first time home buyer like us. The process is mentally draining and the jargon is simply complex yet standard. This is where Almirs expertise shines. He went out of his way to explain every step in detail and also answer 2 key questions that helped me navigate this overwhelming standard complex process. Question 1 - what does this mean and what is my role in this step of the process. Question 2 - what are my options in this step of the process and where can I save. Additionally, Almir is really good at walk throughs to catch things that need a bit of TLC which we can then leverage during negotiations with the seller. His communication is on point and he has his network of people that weave in and out of the process as needed to support me when needed through inspections, attorney negotiations, closing team comms , financials etc. I needed a helping and guiding hand for my first home and I was glad Almir was in my corner supporting me through every step!
