He was responsive and knowledgable with the process. He has local connections for repairs. He helped negotiate a few items for our closing that would've been tough for us to do ourselves. I did come into contact with other local Cooperstown area agents during the house search and felt that Ben was more approachable and honest. We'll definitely use him again once we are ready to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Ben was great to work with very realistic of how to market the property, helpful in locating local contractors to make suggested improvements prior to listing, his use of drone technology and virtual tour in 3D was innovative esp since soon after listing with ben the state put a huge damper on on site tours due to the covid 19 emergency. ZillowVERIFIED I know 5 start across the board seems unrealistic but Ben made this process for my husband and I so easy. He worked with us for just about a year to find us our perfect home. He worked day and night with us to get documents done and met with us late at night due to work. Ben is very knowledgeable in his work and is there for his clients and will fight for you in what you need. Hes willing to cross counties if there is a house you want to see or even buy. Hes very fast to respond and answer the most random questions you have about the house. It took us about a year but we found the home of our dreams. We are very grateful for him and we will always refer people to him. We went through two other realtors that dont stand up to par with Ben. You wont be disappointed with Ben :)
