Ben is the founder of Ben Heisler Homes and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Starting as an office assistant for a real estate team, Ben learned every detail of the business and understood that customer service is the key to success. Having worked his way up in the industry, Ben went into real estate sales full time over 18 years ago and has consistently ranked as one of the top agents in his market. He has focused on customer service, allowing him to build a business in which over 85% of his transactions are repeat clients or referrals. Since Ben Heisler Homes' inception in 2011, Ben has sold over 500 homes for a volume of over $265 million. Ben has been a resident of Loudoun County for over 20 years and, when not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Shannon and their children.
