Ben was great to work with in selling my mother in laws condo. Only a couple months previously, she had worked with a well advertised company making claims of selling within a certain period, and for more money that expecting. Well, none of that happened, no offers for 2 months, and the one offer that came through was well below what we ended up selling for with Ben. He made sure the property was presented well, with a virtual tour. He was informative of what to expect along the way, having informative emails about all the steps.
