Ben went out of his way to find us EXACTLY what we were looking for, at an amazing price, and was not only on time for the meetup, but then came back again for us to show it to friends and family in the area. After we decide on the home he worked with the lender for us and took care of the inspection. When we raised concerns on the inspection, Ben covered us out of his own pocket to have the inspector come back and give us peace of mind about a couple of things. He truly was the only reason we got our dream home and we would recommend him to anyone who will listen.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Ben thru my daughter. I met with Ben. Brought him the necessary information about the house. I told him the house would be ready for showings within 7 to 10 days. Ben had a date in he wanted to see the house , take necessary pictures to promote it, and a date to list it. Everything went according to Ben's and my schedule. The house was listed and three days later we had 3 offers. I accepted an offer which was more than our asking price. Less then month from the offer being accepted, all paper work was completed and the sale was completed. Ben and his team did an exceptional job.
