Working with Kelly and Garner + Co was an amazing experience. Kelly is great, always super nice, patience and responsive throughout the whole process. Let me make sure to mention that she worked with us finding the right new home, as well selling our old one, and this process took us close to 3 years. Yes, almost 3 years and at all times she was always the best. Cant say enough about her and I super recommend anyone to work with her. She also helped my daughter to find her first home.

Ben and the team at Garner + CO were fantastic! I approached him to list our Baltimore City row house. I had already moved out of state and made it clear that I could not handle any of the logistics myself. Ben went above and beyond to make the process smooth for me. He found a local contractor and coordinated the necessary cosmetic touch ups, had his team stage my existing furniture, got professional photos taken, and had the listing up and running within two weeks! Once we received an offer, he managed the requested roof replacement, and his team cleaned out the entire house prior to closing. I would recommend Garner + CO for your real estate needs without hesitation!

I have worked with several realtors in the past and Ben is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and really cares about his customers. We were not in Baltimore to view the homes and Ben went to see every home that we were interested and gave us an honest and throurough virtual tour of each home; It gave us peace of mind when buying a home without seeing it in person as we were able to trust Ben. Ben went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home and even negotiate a better deal for us. He was also very flexible with some of our changing preferences during our search. Ben, along with his team, were extremely responsive and transparent through the entire process which alleviated a lot of the typical stress when listing a home.
