Ben Garcia is founder and senior broker of List Realty, a division of Hollywood Homes, LLC, a real estate sales and marketing firm serving the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. Ben holds a Real Estate Brokers license, a State of Florida CAM Property Management license, a CQ Corporate Brokers license. Ben is a member of the Miami Board of Realtors, Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors and the South Broward Board of Realtors.
Ben Garcia has been serving South Florida home buyers and sellers for over 13 years. Ben launched his career as a real estate agent for Equity Realty of Florida. This eventually led to a management position then a 3 year partnership in the company. In this capacity he oversaw the daily sales and leasing contracts for over 40 agents and was responsible for the rapid growth and opening of multiple offices in the Dade and Broward area. It was in this capacity that he developed the ability to resolve the most complex contractual residential transactions with the highest closing ratio of any Realtor in the firms history.
Ben launched Hollywood Homes, LLC in 2010 and subsequently List Realty. The focus of the firm is to provide the highest level of service and closing ratios for both sellers and buyer.
