Ben had a clear strategy for buying and selling in a hot market that allowed us to get into a house we love at a fair price and sell our townhouse quickly for top dollar. The whole process from starting to look to having both transactions completed took less than two months. A few things we really appreciated about working with Ben: He is very active in the market and understands the nuances of different neighborhoods, home types, zoning rules, school options, etc.He approached the buying and selling process with a clear strategy to close transactions on good prices and on favorable terms. We had our first offer accepted and sold our townhouse in the first weekend with multiple offers. He also clearly communicated his strategy ahead of time and made sure our questions were answered and we were on board with the approach.Ben was responsive on answering questions and efficiently moving the process along. He had relationships with all third-party providers (lender, photographer, inspector, etc) so we didnt need to figure those things out ourselves. He went above and beyond helping us get through the process. Even though our transactions weren't Ben's highest dollar value transaction we were very impressed by the level of focus, attention, and effort he put forth on both transactions.
