He stuck with me through the entire journey and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know as a first-time homebuyer (which is a lot!). He made me feel comfortable every step of the way and was always responsive via email, phone, and texting to answer the most random questions that came up through the process. Ben and his team had amazing social media marketing methods, as well as in person marketing in our neighborhood and our open house events. He and his team had tons of knowledge of the market and showed us lots of useful information along they way for our area including average showings, sales, cost per SF, etc. so we really understood what was going on in our area the entire time. Ben provided us weekly updates via a short video, on everything including showings for that week, any and all feedback from potential buyers and their agent, as well as the game plan for the next week. This kept up very in the loop and confident. Once we had offers, they guided us through the process, making everything very smooth and easy as well and on how to reply to offers. I cannot recommend Ben enough. Very professional, knowledgable, and he got our home sold very quickly.
